■Parameters of trench construction:

■Routine maintenance:

After adding this product, the maximum aluminum capacity that can maintain the normal use of alkali etching tank is 120g / L. daily maintenance should be carried out according to the following requirements:

(1) Stabilize the working temperature and avoid cross contamination as much as possible.

(2) The supplement concentration should be adjusted a few times.

(3) When the aluminum ion content exceeds 120g / L, the sediment at the bottom of the tank should be cleaned before it can be used again.

(4) In general, the daily addition amount is calculated as 0.5kg per ton of aluminum material,Adjust according to the actual alkali corrosion time.

■Analysis method:

1. The content analysis steps of sodium hydride and aluminum are as follows:

(1) Take one bottle of solution from alkali etching tank and filter it with coarse filter paper;

(2) Take 10ml filtrate, put it into 250ml conical flask, add 50ml distilled water,

(3) Use 0.5mol/l sulfuric acid solution to drop it to the turbid state at the beginning, and record the consumed sulfuric acid (a, ML),

(4) Add 2 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, titrate with sulfuric acid until the solution is indistinct and red disappears,Record the amount of new sulfuric acid (B, ML).

2. Calculation

(1) The content of sodium hydroxide is 4 * a (g / L)

(2) Aluminum content is 2.7 * B (g / L)

(3) The content of free sodium hydroxide should be maintained at 40-60g / L,

The higher the concentration is, the faster the rate of alkali corrosion is, and the maximum is not more than 100g / L;

The aluminum content should not exceed 120g / L. if it exceeds the range, precipitation or dilution should be carried out to prevent alkali corrosion.

■Wastewater treatment:

Neutralization sedimentation + slag pressing mode is adopted for treatment, and comprehensive treatment can also be carried out according to the requirements of local environmental protection department.

■Safety management:

Please use protective glasses and gloves.

Clean with clean water when attached to skin.
