■Tank fluid maintenance and Replenishment:

1.Add 20kg ft-f001nz-a and 3 bags of ft-f001nz-b for each 20t aluminum material to keep the nickel ion content in the standard range; The actual consumption is adjusted according to the surface area of the production workpiece. The consumption of the thinner workpiece with larger surface area and the workpiece with higher film number increases accordingly.

2.It is suggested that the tank liquid should be circularly filtered every day to remove some precipitates and dirt and keep the purity of the tank liquid.
