Ft-f002d-b (solid agent): white granular solid

■Preparation for trench construction:

FT-F002D-A：2.5～4%

FT-F002D-B：0.2～0.3%

■Service conditions:

Sealing time: non standard material: 1min/ μ m

National standard material: 1min/ μ 2-4 minutes

For those with less than 6 membranes, seal for 6min (at 30 ℃)

Temperature: 30 ~ 38 ℃ (sealing is slow when the temperature is low, and the time needs to be extended appropriately)

PH value: 8.8-9.3

■Tank fluid maintenance and Replenishment:

1. Add 10kg-15kg ft-f002d-a and half BAG-1 bag ft-f002d-b for each 10 tons of aluminum processed, and adjust the pH to the specified range. The actual consumption is adjusted according to the surface area of production workpiece, and the consumption of thinner workpiece with larger surface area and workpiece with higher film number increases accordingly.

2. The foreign matters falling into the sealing groove should be removed in time. Every day, the groove liquid needs to be circularly filtered to remove some precipitates and dirt, so as to maintain the purity of the groove liquid.
