Ft-f002h-b (solid agent): white granular solid

■Preparation for trench construction:

FT-F002H-A：2.5～3.5%

FT-F002H-B：0.2～0.3%

■Service conditions:

Sealing time: non standard material: 1min/ μ m

National standard material: 1min/ μ 2-4 minutes.

Black material: on the basis of film thickness, reduce 1-4 minutes.

Temperature: 26 ~ 33 ℃ (sealing is slow when the temperature is low, and the time should be extended appropriately)

PH value: 8.0 ~ 9.0

■Tank fluid maintenance and Replenishment:

1. Add 10kg ~ 15kg ft-f002h-a and half Bag ~ 1 bag ft-f002h-b for each 10 tons of aluminum processed (depending on the sealing condition, the whole bag can be dissolved in the barrel in advance and added in batches), adjust the pH to the specified range, and adjust the actual consumption according to the surface area of the production workpiece.

2. It is suggested that the tank liquid should be circularly filtered every day to remove some precipitates and dirt and keep the purity of the tank liquid.
