Z012 Copper salt colorant
The copper salt electrolytic colorant is a light blue transparent liquid, which has good dispersion and complexing properties, stable bath solution and uniform coloring. It is suitable for electrolytic coloring of aluminum profiles after oxidation.
■Parameters of trench construction:
Copper sulfate: 10-15g / L
Reagent sulfuric acid: 20g / L

■Service conditions:
Copper sulfate: 10 ~ 15g / L
Sulfuric acid: 18-25
Temperature: 15-25 ℃
Time: depending on the color
Voltage: 12-16v
■Tank fluid maintenance and Replenishment:
(1) Monitor the concentration of copper sulfate and free sulfuric acid every day to ensure that the process parameters are within the normal range. When the concentration is insufficient, add the colorant in time;
(2) Add 5 kg of colorant per ton of profile.
■Technical service:
The best working condition will be determined by our technical service personnel before the production line starts to run.
■Wastewater treatment:
All wastewater must be treated according to the national and local laws and regulations before being discharged into the sewer.
■Safety management:
Please use protective glasses and gloves.
Clean with clean water when attached to skin.

Drink plenty of water to dilute and see a doctor in time.

Store in a cool and ventilated place at 0 ~ 35 ℃.
