■Service conditions:

Temperature: 65 ~ 75 ℃ (sealing is slow when the temperature is low, and the sealing time needs to be extended appropriately)

PH: 6.0 ~ 7.5

■Tank fluid maintenance and Replenishment:

(1) Analyze the content of f009w and the pH value of the bath solution every day to ensure that the concentration and pH value of the pore sealing agent are within the normal process range;

(2) In normal use, adding pore sealing agent can maintain the pH of the bath solution within the normal process range. If the pH is abnormally high or low, it can be adjusted with glacial acetic acid or triethanolamine.

(3) A small amount of sediment may be produced by long-term use of sealing liquid. It is recommended to filter regularly or clean the tank regularly according to the production situation.

All waste water must be treated according to the national and local laws and regulations before being discharged into the sewer.
