■Routine maintenance:

After adding this product, the maximum aluminum capacity that can maintain the normal use of alkali etching tank is 120g / L. daily maintenance should be carried out according to the following requirements:

(1) Stabilize the working temperature and avoid cross contamination as much as possible.

(2) The supplement concentration should be adjusted a few times.

(3) When the aluminum ion content exceeds 120g / L, it should be reversed and the sediment at the bottom of the tank should be cleaned before it can be used again.

(4) In general, the daily addition amount is calculated as 0.5kg per ton of aluminum material, and adjusted according to the actual alkali corrosion time.

■Analysis method:

Accurately suck 5ml of alkali etching bath solution into 250ml triangular beaker, add 100ml distilled water, add 2-4 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, and titrate with 1.0m hydrochloric acid standard solution. The solution changes from red to colorless. Record the volume of hydrochloric acid standard solution V1 ml.

Then add 7-8g potassium fluoride to the above solution, and titrate with 1m hydrochloric acid standard solution. The end point is that the sample changes from red to colorless. Record the volume of consumed standard solution V2 ml.

■Calculation formula:

Total alkali (g / L) = 8 × V1 × N

Free base (g / L) = 8 ×( V1-V2/3) × N

AL ³( g/L)=1.8 × N × V2
