XL-F002NL Sealing agent with nickel at room temperature
This product is composed of nickel fluoride salt, accelerator, bond, buffer and other components. It has good sealing performance and stable acidity. It is an alloy with bright surface, good flatness, corrosion resistance and antifouling performance after sealing. It has no adverse effect on the color tone of anodized coloring parts.
■Parameters of trench construction:
Nickel: 1.2g/l
Fluorine: 0.45g/l
■Service conditions:
Nickel: 0.8-1.5g/l;
Fluorine: 0.3-0.65g/l
PH: 5.5-6.5
Temperature: 25 ~ 35 ℃
Adding ratio: 0.8-1.2kg normal temperature sealing agent is consumed per ton of profile
■Tank fluid maintenance and Replenishment:
1. The content of Ni2 +, F and pH value in the bath solution were analyzed every day.
2. The optimal pH value is 5.5-6.2, and the pH can be adjusted by NaOH or acetic acid;
When the fluorine content is low, NaF, ammonium hydrogen fluoride and ammonium fluoride can be added;
When the nickel content is low, it can be adjusted by adding sealing agent or nickel acetate.
3. According to the normal production process, the tank liquid does not need to be discharged,
Generally, the sediment at the bottom of the tank shall be cleaned once a year or half a year.
4. When the aluminum profile is sealed, it falls into the sealing groove and should be fished in time.
