■Chemicals required:

F002a f002b sodium hydroxide, acetic acid

■Channel construction management:

PH value of tank solution: 8.5-9.5

■Preparation for trench construction:

For every 1000L tank solution prepared, add:

FT-F002A：20～25kg(the specific consumption is determined by technicians according to the process conditions of customers,In addition, the technical personnel judge whether to add other agents according to the needs of customers.)

■Service conditions:

Sealing time: 1min under normal condition/ μ m. But the film thickness is less than 6 μ It is recommended to seal the hole for 6min (at 30 ℃)

Temperature: 28 ~ 35 ℃ (sealing is slow when the temperature is low, and the sealing time needs to be extended appropriately)

PH value: 8.5-9.5

■Tank fluid maintenance and Replenishment:

(1) Tap water or pure water is used for tank preparation, and liquid agent f002a is used for tank preparation or pore sealing agent supplement

The solid agent f002b can be directly added into the sealing tank, and added into the tank after adding water in the tank and slightly stirring.

(2) In the production process, the temperature and pH value of the bath solution should be regularly analyzed to ensure that it is within the specified range.

(3) Try to avoid the water from the previous process into the sealing groove, and timely remove the foreign matters falling into the groove.

(4) If there is slight turbidity or precipitation in the tank liquid, it can be removed by circulating filtration.

(5) 20 kg (one barrel) f002a and one bag of f002b are added for each 20 tons of aluminum processed,and adjust the pH value to the specified range. The actual consumption is adjusted according to the surface area of the production workpiece, The surface area is large and the consumption increases accordingly. In the production process, if the sealing effect is found to be decreased, the sealing agent should be added in time.
