■Product advantages:

Aluminum degreaser cleaning→water washing→water washing→ft-ld001 treatment→drying→spraying

■Preparation for trench construction:

Add 5kg of ft-ld001 chromium free passivator to each 1000L tank solution

■Channel construction management:

PH value of tank solution: 3.0 ~ 3.8

Bath temperature: room temperature ~ 35 ℃

■Tank liquid maintenance:

In the production process, the pH value of the bath solution should be analyzed regularly, and 0.5 ~ 1kg ft-ld001 chromium free passivator should be added for each ton of aluminum processed. The chromium free passivation tank needs to be equipped with filtration cycle, and the sediment should be cleaned once a month. It is recommended that the tank liquid be renewed once every three months to half a year.

■Use of conversion film treatment:

Application process: dipping, spraying

Passivation time: immersion (40 ~ 70s), spray (40 ~ 70s)

Bath temperature: room temperature ~ 35 ℃

■Drying process:

Natural air drying or conditional drying

Tank equipment: the following materials are applicable to all equipment parts and tank body contacting with ft-ld001 chromium free passivator tank liquid:

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), polydifluoroethylene (PVDF), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

■Wastewater treatment:

All waste water must be treated according to the national and local laws and regulations before being discharged into the sewer.

■Safety management:

Please use protective glasses and gloves. Clean with clean water when attached to skin. Wash eyes with plenty of water for more than 15 minutes and see a doctor in time. Drink plenty of water to dilute and see a doctor in time.

■Storage requirements:

Store in a cool and ventilated place at 0 ~ 40 ℃.
