Product introduction
This product is aimed at stannous sulfate coloring cost is high and developed a special for electrolytic coloring black material copper salt coloring agent, by coloring salt, complexing agent, dispersant, conductive salt composition, comprehensive cost reduction of more than 40%, with high coloring efficiency, deep color, good corrosion resistance after coloring characteristics, is an ideal substitute for tin salt coloring agent products.
Use technology
1. Parameters of coloring tank
Free acid: 17-20g/L
pH: 0.9-1.1
FT-CU58:10-15g/L
Temperature: 18-22℃
2. Workpiece parameters
Pretreatment: surface clean and transparent, film thickness control deviation ±2μm
Film thickness after anodizing treatment: 6-8μm for low film material and 15-20μm for high film material
3, coloring power supply parameters
Ac voltage: Rise to 12-16V within 30s after soft start
Coloring time: 6-8min for low film material and 10-15min for high film material (fine-tune according to the background color condition of the colored workpiece on site)
Test method
1. Free acid concentration
Remove 50ml of liquid and place it in a conical flask, dilute it with 150ml distilled water and shake it well, insert it into the electrode of pH meter (magnetic stirring is best), titrate it with 1mol/L NaOH until the pH value reaches 3.1, and the volume of NaOH consumed is denoted as V(ml).
Free acid content (g/L)=0.98×V×C
Where, C is the actual concentration of NaOH (mol/L); V is the volume of NaOH consumed by the titration.
2, tank PH value
Take 200ml of the tank, dip the pH meter into the tank, and read the value after the value is stable.
3. FT-CU58 concentration
(1) reagent materials
EDTA standard solution (0.02N);
Ammonia solution (1+1) : The volume ratio of ammonia to pure water is 1:1.
Ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer solution with pH=8:50g ammonium chloride was dissolved in an appropriate amount of water, and 3.5ml ammonia was added into a 500mL volume bottle with distilled water.
Ammonium purple urea indicator: 0.1g ammonium purple urea mixed with 10g sodium chloride solid and ground into powder.
(2) Analysis steps
Pipettes were used to accurately absorb 5mL of the sample into a 250mL conical flask, add 50mL of pure water, 15 drops of (1+1) ammonia solution, add 15mL ammonium-ammonium chloride buffer solution with pH=8 and an appropriate amount of ammonium purple urea indicator, and shake well until the solution was yellowish green. Titration was performed with EDTA standard solution (0.02N) until the solution changed from yellow-green to purplish red, which was the end point of titration. Meanwhile, blank experiment was performed.
Calculate according to the following formula
Copper sulfate concentration (g/L) = (v1-v2) xCEDTA X32
Where: V1 -- volume of EDTA standard solution consumed (ml);
V2 -- volume (ml) of EDTA standard solution consumed in the blank experiment;
CEDTA -- EDTA standard solution concentration;
