1. Required chemicals

Nickel-free hole sealing agent FT-F002 (AB solid liquid type)

Sodium hydroxide, glacial acetic acid: used to adjust the tank pH. Sodium hydroxide is recommended to use a higher purity of caustic soda.

2. Groove construction method

Fill 2/3 of water into the hole sealing tank in advance, use FT-F002 sealing agent at a ratio of 2-3%, add 1/3 of water, and adjust pH with alkali or glacial acetic acid after the temperature rises to the specified range.

3, the normal use of technology

pH: 8.5-9.3

Temperature: 28-35℃

Sealing time: According to the average thickness of oxide film, 1-1.5min/um is generally used to seal holes.
