the use of technology
1. Tank preparation
For each 1000 liter tank, firstly inject 50% pure water, and then add 3-5 kg of monomolecular film passivating agent while stirring, and refill water to the working level.
Pure water with water conductivity less than 20us/cm is used.
2. Control points (under normal operating conditions)
The pH value is 3.0-4.5
Electrical conductivity 150-450us/cm
The room temperature is -35℃
Dipping time 40s ~ 1min (under normal operating conditions)
3. Tank maintenance
1) Measurement of electrical conductivity
Use a conductivity meter to test (if there is a refill, it is best to test after the refill). The conductivity of the tank should be maintained between 150us/cm-450us/cm and analyzed every 4 hours.
2) pH value measurement
Use a PH meter to test the PH (if there is a refill, it is best to test after the refill). The pH of the tank should be maintained between 3.0 and 4.5 and analyzed every 4 hours.
